An optimal selection for strolling in Paignton with value for money. The bed was very comfortable, and the TV was a nice touch. Check street parking options ahead of time.

The hotel met standards. Sincerely, it was a perfect 10/10 stay for our short visit. The location was central, near the town centre, station and the sea front as well as the shops, and there were a main street and a theatre close to the venue. The room was light and the bed was good.

Clean, comfortable rooms close to the beach. Shower pressure could be better.

The cooked breakfast was a standout for me-one of those full English that just hit the spot, generous portions too! I appreciated the guest fridge on the landing stocked with drinks, nice touch when you need a refreshment after a long walk.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience it was acceptable.

We loved how close the beach was-just a short stroll away! The breakfast was good, with fresh strawberries and blueberries, perfect for our large family to kickstart our day. The main shopping area was conveniently located just a few minutes away.

My children wished for better parking options nearby.

The room was comfortable, clean, and perfect for my overnight stay. The owners were kind. The bathroom was a bit detached from my room, which required a short walk down the corridor. I appreciate the large and tidy bathroom, but it felt slightly inconvenient at night. Noise from the street was noticeable. Occasional shouting from pedestrians disrupted my sleep. The price point for such accommodations is excellent, especially with free parking options nearby.

Fantastic Hosts and Heavenly Breakfast!

I recently enjoyed a good stay, with everything just a stone's throw from the beach. The hosts were genuinely cute. The vegetarian breakfast was a highlight-hot, tasty, and made to order. If you're someone who loves a good breakfast, this place does not disappoint! Just a little note. The shower pressure could be better.

This place suits me perfectly! It has everything I need including free wi-fi, a tv, and a kettle. The staff were friendly and helped me with directions to attractions. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back soon!

Convenient access to train stations, the main bus station, the main shopping center, town center, and railway stations.

The location of the property was fantastic, being right next to the railway stations, Paignton and the theatre. Additionally, it was only about a 10-minute walk from Preston Sands. Our room was beautifully decorated and we really enjoyed the food.

The breakfast here has a great selection to suit everyone, including tasty sausages and fresh fruit.
